Fused Deposition Modeling [FDM] turns a 3-D CAD design into a functional ABS plastic prototype to be used in testing and fitting. FDM boasts three unique and innovative features:Insight,SupportWorks and WaterWorks.Theserevolutionary computer programs mathematically "slicing" and orienting the model for building process. Then the system builds the model, one ultra thin layer at a time. If the model needs supports, the program generates them. It's quick, accurate and clean. The prototype we create can be finished and painted in many different customized colours for maximum visual effect.
